3-Year Blogoversary Giveaway!

Today wraps up my third year of book blogging! 2015 actually felt pretty sloggy to me, thanks to a lot of non-bookish reasons, but I’m glad to look back and see I read a respectable number of books—85 in all. Reading aside, I’m hoping for a much better 2016.

In celebration of my 3rd blogoversary, I’m giving away one copy of Peaceful Neighbor: Discovering the Countercultural Mister Rogers by Michael Long! I loved this book so much [see my review], and really felt inspired as I read about the amazing person Fred Rogers was behind the scenes of the Neighborhood.

This giveaway is open to readers in any country the Book Depository delivers to [see list] and runs through January 6, 2016. Winners have 48 hours to respond to the notification email in order to claim their prize.

Yes, I grew up with him and I mostly remember him changing shoes and sweaters. I remember the trolley and puppets and how that puppet king was always so cranky.
I exposed my kids to him when they were little too but he wasn’t on so much then.
I was HEARTBROKEN when he died..

No Mr. Rogers for me, but I have followed his career. I still remember the Eddie Murphy skit.

  • Congrats, congrats, congrats!!! 😀
